Why do I blackout when I don't drink that much?

While blackouts are most commonly linked to alcohol consumption (heavy drinking on an empty stomach or chugging), there are other causes that may come into play, with the most common cause of non-alcoholic blackouts being a drop in blood pressure. Here are other causes of blackouts : Low blood pressure. Epilepsy.
